Commercial event

PLN 61.50 gross / tracker

PLN 50 net for businesses. For events lasting up to 2 weeks.

Charity event

Free of charge

We support charity runs and events free of charge.

Longer events or a larger number of trackers — we quote individually. The price includes shipping the tracker to you; returning it after the event is at the renter's expense. We confirm the final terms by email after you submit the form — please use an address you actually check.

Before you order

How it works

We send trackers to an InPost parcel locker, or you can collect one in person in Warsaw. In the form, indicate when you want the device with you — ideally two days before you set off.

Using the tracker

Trackers are shipped charged, and for longer rentals we include a charging cable.

Check that your power bank actually charges our tracker. There are known issues with USB-C to USB-C FastCharge cables — that is why we include our own cable.

The trackers are not waterproof. Always keep them in a zip-lock bag — we include one, but feel free to add your own.

While in use, the tracker should sit fairly close to the surface, away from other electronics and emergency blankets. It must never be hidden inside a bicycle frame.

If it starts misbehaving, a manual restart is always a good move: switch the device off, wait for the lights to go out, then switch it back on.

What we need to build your tracking page

a GPX file with the route
a reasonably accurate start date and time — tracking begins then
the latest possible finish date and time — tracking stops some time after it
the course record to plot on the map (women's and men's, if there is one)
first name, surname and a photo of each participant — one per tracker
points along the route, if you want to show them (optional)

You do not provide any of this now. After submitting the enquiry you will receive your own link, where you can fill it in whenever you like — and we will remind you before the event.
